TARIFF RATES FROM  1st January 2011 to 31st December 2011 are as under : PLS NOTE THAT FOR BOOKINGS DURING Peak Season / Christmas Holidays (i.e. 15th Dec 2011 - 5th Jan 2012 ) PEAK SEASON RATES WOULD BE APPLICABLE  ( PLS FILL THE RESERVATION FORM WITH DETAILS OF GUESTS/COUNTRY TO HAVE OUR OFFER ) .

• Single  Occupancy : US$   80 or INR 4000                                                      (Peak Season Rate : US$ 100 or INR 5000)

• Double Occupancy : US$ 100 or INR 5000                                                      (Peak Season Rate : US$ 120 or INR 6000)

• If you are looking for Independent & Exclusive Apartment then we offer a Super Luxurious Apartment, consisting of 2/3 bedrooms, attached bathrooms, a living room (drawing-cum-dining) and a kitchen. This apartment is located on the First/Second floor, with Park facing View and all amenities (Microwave, Refrigerator , AC's, Wi Fi , Sky TV etc.. ) . ( No Elevators )

  Note- For any kind of pick up facility from the airport or railways station please furnish detail of airline, flight No., Arriving from, Arriving at which terminal, time of arrival, Phone Number, Platform no. etc.

• Taxi/Vehicle Rental - For local transport needs Taxi/Autorikshaw can be arranged . We also have a tie up with an Agency which provides Vehicles with drivers . The charges are as under :

    A SUV or Mini Bus to Agra and Jaipur can also be arranged.

• Meal
  - Full breakfast included in room rates
  - Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10 AM in Dining area.
  - Many Restaurants near by to order for lunch and dinner . All types of cuisines are available such as Italian , Chinese , Thai , Indian , Fast Foods Chains ( Dominos, Pizza Hut , Subway etc...  . We also have arrangements with few outlets wherein they provide 15% discount to our guests .

• Policies And Payment Terms
  - Payment method may be in cash or through paypal or through wire transfer in our Bank Account
  - Payment accepted in cash for short stays.  We also accept payments by MASTER and VISA cards ( No Amex ).
  - A required amount should be deposited at time of booking.
  -  In case of cancellation full refund will be made if notified a week prior to date of arrival and 50% refund if cancelled less than a week prior to date of arrival.
  - No refund will be made in case of failure to notify regarding cancellation or no show.

• No minimum stay required
